Carolina Cookin'

Carolina Cookin' takes viewers on a journey to some of the Charlotte region's most iconic restaurants, such as Green’s Lunch, Red Bridges Barbecue Lodge, the Landmark Diner, Mert’s Heart and Soul, and Lupie's Cafe, and then learn how the Mallard Creek Presbyterian Church fundraiser became one of the largest one-day barbecue events in the nation.
